Hi,

So, I created a read only search form for anyone to pull several records of any fields. The Search Command button has the OpenQuery macro however I am trying to add a new action called Requery after the OpenQuery to clear out the previous search in the form (not datasheet)....it asked for the Control Name....I am stumped at that point!

Thank you!

Requery would not clear controls.

I only use VBA so to clear controls I would use:

Me.controlname = Null

In macro I think you would use SetValue action.

Click Show All Actions on Macro Tools Design tab.
