Welcome to UtterAccess.

Unfortunately, answering this question will require more detail from you than we have here.

For example, what does "lst5" contain? Is that a listbox for day 5 on the calendar perhaps? Where does THAT value come from? Is it a query? Can you not retrieve the values for the report from that same query?

A clearer idea of the situation will certainly help us offer clearer suggestions.

Thank you.

Hi George,

Thanks for replied. ya that is the listbox for day 5 on the calendar. From the pic earlier got "NEW" icon once click got another form pop out for them to fill in their project no & time they spend for the day then the detail will reflect in listbox form.

The report control source i got put qryAppointmentWhere1 but textbox / listbox for which i name it "lst5"....no value reflect there? I don't know how to put VBA for retrieve the values show in the report...i'm new to VBA.

Hope can clarify some.
