Maybe a combination of Albert Kallal's "Super Easy Word Merge" and then you force Word to save as PDF instead of a normal Word file.

CODE
Sub SaveAsPDF()
'
' SaveAsPDF Macro
'
'
    ActiveDocument.ExportAsFixedFormat OutputFileName:= _
        "C:\Users\ME\OneDrive\Documents\MyPDFFile.pdf" _
        , ExportFormat:=wdExportFormatPDF, OpenAfterExport:=True, OptimizeFor:= _
        wdExportOptimizeForPrint, Range:=wdExportAllDocument, From:=1, To:=1, _
        Item:=wdExportDocumentContent, IncludeDocProps:=True, KeepIRM:=True, _
        CreateBookmarks:=wdExportCreateNoBookmarks, DocStructureTags:=True, _
        BitmapMissingFonts:=True, UseISO19005_1:=False
    ChangeFileOpenDirectory "C:\Users\Pieter\OneDrive\Documents\"
End Sub
