Hello, anyone can help me what is the VBA for asking the Words, that the merged data from excel override the field instead of inserting?, because I have fixed the form in order to be fit with the 3 part perforated letter size in order to create a receipt. If I do like what I have on the VBA below, if more than one type of donation it will screw up the form and won't fit with the receipt form.

The following is my Word merging VBA and below is the picture of my form in order for you to understand my problem

Thank you.

Sub creatingreceipt()
'
' creatingreceipt Macro
'
'
ActiveDocument.MailMerge.MainDocumentType = wdCatalog
ActiveDocument.MailMerge.OpenDataSource Name:= _
"C:\Mentone_Treasurer\Mentone SDA Church Receipt of Tithe n Offerings_for Print.xlsm" _
, ConfirmConversions:=False, ReadOnly:=False, LinkToSource:=True, _
AddToRecentFiles:=False, PasswordDocument:="", PasswordTemplate:="", _
WritePasswordDocument:="", WritePasswordTemplate:="", Revert:=False, _
Format:=wdOpenFormatAuto, Connection:= _
"Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0;User ID=Admin;Data Source=C:\Mentone_Treasurer\Mentone SDA Church Receipt of Tithe n Offerings_for Print.xlsm;Mode=Read;Extended Properties=""HDR=YES;IMEX=1;"";Jet OLEDB:System database="""";Jet OLEDB:Registry Path="""";Jet OLE" _
, SQLStatement:="SELECT * FROM `Receipt$` WHERE `Amount` <> 0 ", SQLStatement1:="", SubType:= _
wdMergeSubTypeAccess
With ActiveDocument.MailMerge
.Destination = wdSendToNewDocument
.SuppressBlankLines = True
With .DataSource
.FirstRecord = wdDefaultFirstRecord
.LastRecord = wdDefaultLastRecord
End With
.Execute Pause:=False
End With
End Sub
