I have two tables linked with TeamMemberID

I would like to only have the teammembers that have not been selected show up in the combo box.

I have the folowing query but it obviously only shows the team members that have been selected. How can I find only the options that have not been selected.

Thanks for the help.

CODE
SELECT TeamMember.TeamMemberID, TeamMember.FName, TeamMember.TeamDetailsID
FROM TeamMember RIGHT JOIN TeamRoomAssgn ON TeamMember.TeamMemberID = TeamRoomAssgn.TeamMemberID
WHERE (((TeamMember.TeamDetailsID)=[forms]![hotel]![TeamRoomAssgnHotel]![teamdetailsid]));

Try the Find Unmatched query wizard.
