Hi

I have 3 tables.
Table 1 has a field named criteria with 10 records and an ID field as primery key.(ID1)

Table 2 has a field named subCriteria with 30 records, a field named subCriteria score, a field that refer to table 1 ID (ID1) and an ID field as primery key(ID2).

Table 3 must fill with user.

I want to create a form that every time opened showing 10 records (criteria) based on Table1 and in next field for every record there was a combo box that showing the subCriteria related to the record based on Table 2. In next field user enter the score from the combo box. This score and related criteria and subCriteria store in Table 3.

I've trouble in creating the form

Welcome to UtterAccess.

Sometimes it helps to see the actual tables and any forms you may have now.

Can you upload a copy of the current accdb for review?

Compact and Repair the accdb, then compress it into a ZIP file for upload.

Thank you.

Sounds like a job for subforms.
You need to create a form for each table, then create one form and add those other forms to it with the subforms control
