Hi,

I would like to hear some comments on my EDMS database trying to build my own database based on my every day task. Still not finish and asking if anyone have any ideas. My problem is revision history how can i make a query that will display only the latest documents. thank you in advance

In order to comment on your EDMS database, it would be helpful to know what your "every day task" consists of in simple terms.

What Im trying to do is make a document management system with revision history (Incoming and Outgoing Documents) based on ms access that will count all the records by type, discipline and status. Currently Im using excel in entering all the data.

Does this database have features and functions similar to what you would get with a SharePoint site on Office 365?

Yes is the same in SharePoint is but the problem is we don't have that we used only excel for all the monitoring and this excel files stored in the network server.
