Hi,
In Access, there is Project Management template.
In this template, when I click the project ID, the project detail form popped up.
In this form, there is a combobox at the top left corner. It says "Go To" and when I click the combobox, it shows the project list and when I click the one of the dropdown, this form is updated.

I use the same macro in the templates in my Access.
It works, but it always goes to the first record in the RowSource, then when I click one of the dropdown again, then finally goes to the record I want to display.

In this template, it used "SearchForRecord" in the macro on "AfterUpdate" event.

How can I fix this problem or could you tell me other method that use a combobox and show dynamic form result?

Thanks.

I didn't use the SearchForRecord.
I used VBA. I changed the record source and then requery the form.
I solved this problem.
Thanks.
