Hi all,

I have a form with a activex Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Browser Document to preview a PDF file.

It's working fine with Access 2010, but with Access 2016 (Office 365) I can't see the preview of the PDF file, any sugestions?

Hi. Are we talking about two separate computers here? If so, there may be a difference in the settings between the two computers. Check the "Preferences" menu/settings in the PDF reader.

Hi. In case you didn't get the gist of my comment. Since you are dealing with a different behavior between two separate computers, I would suspect the settings between the two computers may be different causing the different behavior. Did you try changing or checking the settings I recommend you look at? What PDF reader is installed on the problem machine and what version is it?
