Hi Everyone

I have a Subform which is based on a Union query. One of the fields in the query Calculates Net Amount.

I find that I cannot Sum([NetAmount]) in the Footer of the Subform?

Any help appreciated

I seem to recall that Access sometimes has trouble with handling calculated field summing.

I think you will need to repeat the calculation

Foe example if the named field [Net Amount] is "A + B," then in order to get the sum you will need

Sum( A+B), not Sum([Net Amount])
