I have one location that when printing 1 particular report, gets a sheet of paper after every break to a new person with this printed on it:
PCL XL Warning
IllegalMediaSource

They just upgraded to Windows 10 (didn't have this problem before) and using printer Laser Jet Pro 500 color MFP M570dn
The report prints medications for each resident and with each new resident it formats information particular to that person.
Any ideas?

Have you checked support at HP, specifically for that Printer? IIRC, PCL refers to Printer Control Language, and has to do with commands sent to that printer for a print job.
