Hi,

On one of my users computers he is getting Error 2759 (The method you tried to invoke on an object failed.) when it tries to run the DoCmd.PrintOut command. It runs perfectly fine on other computers.

Computer is running Windows 10 with all updated
Access version is 2003

However this is the same setup I have on most of my computers running the access database.

I have reinstalled Access just to ensure that it is not corrupt.

I am really at a loss what would be causing this.

Thank you for your help!

Sam

Hi Sam,

It may be that the default system printer is not set or that it is set to a faulty printer or one that has been removed from the system or is not available.

Have you made sure the default printer is set?

Yes, that was my first test. He has his default printer set.

Is there something in windows that the printout calls in order to print that could be corrupt?

Does it actually print if you choose the print command from the menu manually? Maybe the driver is corrupted and it can't actually print.
