I think the answer to this is "no" but I gotta ask. Thanks in advance for any help...

I'm wondering if I would create a couple different email templates, is there a way to use a specific one based on what address I put in the "To" box?

Why not build an access table with a field for email addresses and a field for which template. Then use VBA in outlook to search access table and select correct template.
