I'm migrating a ADP file to Access 2010 .accdb and imported the custom toolbar that I created previously.

I managed to create a custom one manually in the .accdb by creating the usysribbon table and adding the required xml.

However, I still have the imported toolbar that came from the .adp file.

How do I remove it?

If you know its name, you should be able to use something like:

CommandBars("ToolbarName").Delete
