Welcome to UtterAccess.

First, you indicate that you are actually still using Access 2000. Is that correct?

Second, without seeing how you instantiate the recordset from which you are attempting to pull fields we couldn't offer useful suggestions.

Thanks for confirming and providing additional details.

Yes, database is Access 2000
and this is the code im using

Set MM_editCmd = Server.CreateObject ("ADODB.Command")
MM_editCmd.ActiveConnection = MM_conn_STRING
MM_editCmd.CommandText = "INSERT INTO KioskLayout (KioskHtml) VALUES (?)"
MM_editCmd.Prepared = true

MM_editCmd.Parameters.Append MM_editCmd.CreateParameter("param5", 203, 1, 536870910, Request.Form("KioskLayHtml")) ' adLongVarWChar

<form METHOD="POST" name="Layout" action="<%=MM_editAction%>" class="center">
<textarea class="form-control" id="KioskLayHtml" name="KioskLayHtml">
<!--This is The TextArea field Input -->
<div class="grid-container">
<div class="main"><%=rs("today")%></div>
<div class="Left"><%=rs("tomorrow")%></div>
<div class="Bottom"><%=rs("yesterday")%></div>
<!--End Of TextArea field Input -->
<input type="hidden" name="MM_insert" value="Layout">
<input type="submit" name="button" id="button" value="Submit">

Thank you...

You can't put a DIV inside a TEXTAREA and here is a bit more about that...
