Hi, I am looking for a solution to fix my access report, where below the description the total amount and terms and conditions (shown in the enclosed pictures) should show in the continuous page below the description and should continue to a new page with the remaining data that is not fixing on the first page. But here, since the terms and conditions are long, then the footer will show in a new page and not in continuous after the description. please help to fix this problem.

you could try keeping the whole group together by specifying "Keep whole group together on one page" in the group properties in the design view of the report. If grouping options aren't showing, click "Group & Sort" on the Design ribbon tab. If the group is too long to fit on one page, it will take what it needs.

If the report is not grouped, you can define an expression in the RecordSource such as
   MyGroup: 1

and group the whole report on that.

Put whatever is in the report footer (or, in your case, the Page Footer) in the group section footer

Sections also have a "Keep Together" property you can set.

However, your footer stuff is long so it may result in the same problem you have now.

attached in an image showing an example of settings for a group section in "Group, Sort, and Total" with "Keep whole group together on one page" set
