It's in the HIPAA weblink I posted earlier. The problem, as with most government content, is its hard to find a summary checklist of all the security and technical requirements, so you have to sift through all their stuff.

Hi Frank. I was hoping somebody already did the sifting work and provides us with a simple and easy to follow checklist (without having to know the ins and outs or the whys). Looks like those checklists exist, but each provider wants something (personal info) in return for providing them.

IMHO, its best to hire someone who has experience with developing HIPAA compliant software.
