This means no more free updates from MS, but they said you can purchase Extended Security Updates (ESU) through January 2023.
ESU for Win7 will be available for purchase begining on 4/1/19. This means MS will continue providing security updates for Win7 until January 2023 if you purchase ESU.

Office 2010 extended support also ends on 10/13/20, however ESU's are not available for Office 2010.

Note to WebMaster: I wanted to edit the title of this post to include Office, but I dont see how it can be done.

FYI, computers with Windows 7 Professional pre-installed will continue to be available from refurbishers.
