I have a database I made in 2007, which worked fine when I was upgraded to 2010. This included printing envelopes. However, when the computer got changed, and Access 2013 was put on the new computer, I no longer can print envelopes. When I go to the report where I have the envelopes formatted, and go to print preview, what I see is a 8.5 x 11 page with two sets of address on it. What changes do I need to make to have the 2013 version of Access properly format, show, and print envelopes, as used to be possible in the 2007 and 2010 versions? Thanks in advance.
Ken

Hi Ken. Just checking, do you still have the same printer as before the upgrade to 2013? If so, can you make sure the printer driver is also the same?

I don't have 2013 so no idea why report was altered. However, I expect envelopes can still be printed. After all, it's just a report. Should be able to manually modify report to suit your requirements. Or build a new one with wizard.

However, I have read old 2014 discussion that indicated a similar issue with Word 2013 which required reinstall. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffic...b3-e068f9f76609

Yes, same printer. The only thing which changed is the computer, with Access 2013 added after the fact.

As theDBGuy suggests, your new computer might not have the printer driver it needs. Can you verify that?

Unfortunately, can't verify that. Business computer, under strict control of IT. I'll ask them. FWIW, tried changing destination printer, same issue. Tried file on Access 2016 with no problem. Some forums say Office 2013 left out envelope printing. Any veracity to that?

One other item of note. When in Report Design Mode on 2013, when looking at Page Layout, there is no option in the Page tab to select an envelope. Have minimal options (A3, A4, A5, B4, B5, Executive, Legal, Letter, Statement, and Tabloid). On 2010, have a lot more layout options, including #10.

Also, just had 2013 installed on a work tablet, and same issue with not being able to do envelopes.

Hope this helps.

Is there User Defined option at bottom?

Just returned to work, so looked to see. Not sure what bottom you're referring to, but I did not see a "user defined" tab/button/whatever on anything I opened.
