I've recently upgraded from A2007 to A2016

In the relationships window, if I don't save changes with the bottom horizontal scroll bar set to the very left, the next time I open the relationships window every table to the left of the scroll bar position (which would normally be hidden) is squashed up to appear on the left of the window (see screen image below).

This is a complete PITA.

Has anyone else noticed this and is there a way I can open the relationships window without this happening should I forget to move the scroll bar control before saving it?

I have experienced this behavior several times, and to the best of my knowledge, it is a known Access Bug with apparently no work-a-round.
