i have used startup options to hide all the toolbars avaible to me, is there a shortcut i can use to redisplay the toolbars or some way i can stop the startup thing from hiding all the toolbars but not going into the tools and startup section on the toolbars as it is not present

Have you tried holding control or the shift key down when you open the file?

The Shift key will bypass startup options for you it also bypasses the Autoexec macro if one has been created I just tested it
