Hey Everyone,

I have been tasked with finding out if this is possible. We have a quality assurance group in our company that will audit certain spreadsheets saved within a onedrive (2013) location. They have requested that the modified by either does not show the name of the 4 audit individuals, or shows a custom name when these 4 individuals view the documents. For example something like Auditor 1, auditor 2, instead of Joe Smith, Bob Frank.


Is this possible to do, if so how do I go about doing it?

Figured this out... Since this is a personal one drive, the user can go into the site app permissions and edit the modified by field to reflect a data instead of a name.
