Please join me in congratulating Joe (RJD) in reaching an impressive 10000 post milestone.

More impressive than the quantity of the posts though is the quality. The advice he gives UA members is always solid, this manner polite and thoughtful, and his willingness to grab a copy of someone's Access file to dive in and help sort things out is unparalleled.

All in all, he is a rare type of contributor where those he helps can be sure they're being well guided, every time.

Thank you, Joe, for being a great help to our members and community. hat_tip.gif

Hi Joe. Congratulations!!! I am always impressed at how you can always find the time to create a demo for the OP to make your solutions easier to understand and implement. Here’s to another 10k or more posts. Cheers! cheers.gif

Joe, ten thousand+ ! that's the 10k posts, plus all the additional developers who've found so much help from your posts and the many many demos you include to help other developers understand and learn how to implement your solutions. anyone who posts here at UA for assistance has hit the jackpot when you respond - and we all benefit from your knowledge and experience, and generosity in sharing both. you're the best! :) tina
