I have a report that I need to print onto an A4 sheet of paper but even adjusting columns and margin sizes it will still only fit on A3. The only way I've been able to fit the report to A4 is to save it as a PDF then use the fit option to print the PDF to A4 (which actually displays nicely somehow).

What I would like to achieve but I have no idea if its possible, is to export the report to PDF without saving it anywhere and straight away print it to A4. What do you think?

Thank you for your help and suggestions.

Just off the top of my head ... open the report in Access, go to File/Print. Go to Print and select PDF creator, go to Properties. Now go to the PaperQuality tab and select Advanced. This will allow you to select the paper siz3e.
Now Access should save these preferences for that report in the future so you just have to send it to print.

Good luck!
