I wrote a database for a small business.

The client wanted to be able to email invoice from the database.
I install Thunderbird mailer.

This works fine on my computer.

When I try on the clients computer the mailer opens with the correct attachment.
When we select send we get an error.

800004005

Saying that office365 had failed.

I looked up the error but it did not tell me much.

The client does have a rather slow internet connect.
Usually about 1 meg.

I think it is timing out trying to connect.
Can the Office365 that the error said be set for a longer time?

Any ideas?

Thank you,
Dale

What code are you using to send your e-mails?
Can he successfully send e-mails without attachments?

I don't know we never tried that.

CODE
sCmd = "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Thunderbird\thunderbird"
    Email = InvoiceEmail
        Subject = "Invoice for Work ID " & Me.tblWorkPreformed_ID
    Content = ""
    Attch = "H:\Documents\DeezInvoices\" & PDFFileName

    sCmd = sCmd & " -compose " & "to=" & Email
    sCmd = sCmd & ",subject=" & Subject
    sCmd = sCmd & ",attachment=" & Attch
    sCmd = sCmd & ",body=" & Content

    Call Shell(sCmd, vbNormalFocus)
