I looked through past examples I've done, and everything is very different - in Col E, there may be positive percentages as the result of a calculated formula - in rows 2 thru 8 - unless they are a POSITIVE percentage, I want to delete the entire row - So in the screen shot here, I would only want to keep rows 4, with 28%, and row 6, with 33%

run a delete query on that table:
delete * from table where [pct]<0

or if a calculated field in a query, use the IN statement

delete * from table WHERE (((table .[ClientID]) In (SELECT [ClientID] FROM [qry] As Tmp GROUP BY [ClientID] HAVING Pct<0 )));
