Ever need to hide the contents of a cell. You can format the font to be the same color as the background, but there is another way.
Select the cell(s) that you want to hide
Select Format/Cells/Number
Choose a Custom format and enter ;;; (three semicolons) as the format.
The content of the cell does not change, but anything in it - text or numbers - is hidden.
