I am working on a project which I am creating prefilled forms and using our printer's booklet mode to take the 4 pages that are 8.5x11 and put them on to 11x17 so that we can make a booklet looking presentation.

My problem is that when I send my full mail merge to the printer it treats it as one big document instead of each merge record being a separate document.

Is there a way to send each merge request as a separate job with out having to do it manually?

Thanks

One thing I've done is generate/save each merge separately in a given folder and then loop through the files in that folder invoking the print command.

Hi all...

I just saw the reply. I just wanted to update that I used Doug Robbins; Merge Tools to get it to work
