Hi. I see what you mean but all I had to do was go to the design view of the report, selected all the fields and then changed the Font color to Automatic, and all the data exported as black color.

DbGuy,
Me: Went to design view, select all fields........didn't see where I had the option to select "automatic" - there was a drop-down for color, with the only choices to be a specific color, and fonts, with the only choices a specific font - couldn't find "Automatic"

From the Home tab, this is what I see...
Attached File  report.png ( 68.06K )Number of downloads: 4

However, what happens if you simply select the black color?

DBguy,
I'm good - the screen shot was key - who'd have thought it was 'click on the font icon that defaults to RED, and click on Automatic (or black) ??????

Thanks !!!! cool.gif
