Hope I can have this make sense (and be possible) but I am in dire need for getting a different subform to go a new record from a different main form...
Basicall I am wanting to go to a new record in frmCustomerSub from frmOrdersList
frmOrdersList is a main form and frmCustomersSub is a subform to frmCustomersMain...
frmOrdersList is a completely different form.
Whew, I hope that makes sense... Is this even possible?
I'm not afraid of VBA so sock it to me sad.gif

You will need to send something in the Open Arguments of the open form command to test for to send the focus to the new record on the subform.
heck out access help on the OpenForm Method to see where to put your open arguments. The on the frmCustomersMain use If Me.OpenArgs to test for it. This chart shows how to properly reference the subform from the main form.
