I have a subform with a single field (Long Text format).

I understand you can use CTRL-ENTER to have a line-break character.

What about using a tab so that the field will look organized when viewing the field on report view.

Is this even possible?

From the support page

"You can set Long Text fields to display Rich Text, which includes formatting like bold and underline."

Since it's rich text, I would assume you can use tabs. Try it and see! If it doesn't appear to work, try editing in a Word doc, cut and paste - you might have to change the Access Tab key forms behavior to use it directly.

Hmmm....that may be it. I am not quite proficient as I'd like to be. Do you, or anyone of you UA genius, could shed some light for me?
